Robert
is the founder of the Restaurant Menus~Plaisirs. Following the purchase of the
Patrimonial house, hard work and major restorations, Robert succeeded in carrying
out the impossible: a restaurant that attracts, to which one returns with out
hesitation and that one can recommend to all those who wish to spend a pleasant
evening. A taste for discovery and a
desire for innovations lead Robert since always. He dreams of travel, holidays and leisure
but
when one is a restaurateur, free time is rare.

Executive Chef François Labrecque

| Graduate
in professional kitchen and pastry making of the Institute of Tourism of Quebec (I.T.H.Q.)
in 1990, François has been with the Restaurant Menus~Plaisirs for more than 14 years. His
creativity and innovating spirit enabled us to develop privileged relationship with the
local producers (market gardening, stockbreeders, cheese dairy, etc). The know-how of our
chef made allowed our customers to discover new savours, the uncommon marriages of various
products and a taste for our cuisine.
A
graduated and qualified team allows him to carry out its creations.
In order to relax, François practises pedestrian
excursion and devotes himself in an assiduous way to horticulture. He is the father of two
young children.

Manager and Maître d'hôtel Anick Hénault

Anick is working for Les Menus Plaisirs
for more than 25 years. She started as a bus-girl and worked herself up to
be a good waitress for many years. We could always count on her
availability, her professionalism, her kindness and loyalty.
So, when the position
of manager and maître d'hôtel was open, she was the obvious choice. Anick
has all it takes to ensure the continuity of the quality of the customer
service and staff management. Whit her expertise she leads a new team with
well and established new employees.
Anick has a
daughter. She knows how to relax and to do so, she enjoys the outdoors. She
has been playing bowling in a league for quite some years and is know to
play quite a mean game. Perfect scores ... why not ???
